In water treatment engineering, the dosing tank is primarily used for the mixing, dissolving, and storage of various chemical agents. The mixing and dosing processes are carried out by agitators and dosing barrels, which then deliver the chemical solutions to each injection point via metering pumps or ejectors. Dosing tanks are available in square and cylindrical shapes, made of polyethylene (PE) through a one-time rotomolding process. The top part is pre-designed with installation positions for metering pumps and agitators, integrating the agitator, dosing tank, and metering pump into one unit for extremely convenient use. Its vertical dosing agitator operates on the principle of cycloidal gear and planetary transmission, representing one of the most advanced transmission tools domestically. It features high torque, transmission efficiency, power, longevity, and affordability, requires no lubrication, and is the best supporting product for environmental dosing devices. However, the pre-set installation positions for metering pumps and agitators in the dosing tank are not universally compatible with all brands and models. Specific installation adjustments must be made by customers based on actual conditions.
